Moisturizing Lotion

This is in my purse right now. A clean product, nicely made, no junky ingredients. Has hyaluronic acid and plant extracts. The Orange Blossom Honey is really nice too.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil

Organic Jojoba Oil

An excellent moisturizer, I use it on my décolleté almost daily. It reduces lines and wrinkles and is even excellent for the nether regions, helps to balance Ph in your “junk” area. I try to do a “full body dip” or use it everywhere I can reach, face included, a few times a month.

Tea Tree Oil

I use Tea Tree oil (Melaluca) for many of my skin care practices. I like to add a few drops to my toner, mix it with a little water in a spray bottle and use it to freshen my face, it's great to tap a drop straight onto an active spot or zit, so many things!

Frankincense Oil

It has the ability to penetrate the cell wall which is why it is known for skin rejuvenation and healing. I use it about three times per week. After washing my face I pat about 5 to 6 drops directly into my skin with a gentle tapping motion. This is one of the best kept secrets in skin care.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is sold everywhere but so many brands are sourced in not-so-clean ways. it needs to be cold pressed and organic.This is a home essential; I use it in myriad ways but my two most common, uses are as a mouth rinse after I brush my teeth, and at least once a week I do what I call a "full body dip" lol. After bathing I massage it into every part of my skin that I can reach. And let my skin have the nighttime to absorb it.

Exfoliating Rounds

Exfoliating rounds help clear away blocked pores and the last bits of makeup left behind. These are 100% cotton. Load with toner and then use a circular motion as you breathe deeply. Get the forgotten spots; the corner of the nose/nasolabial folds, out towards your hairline, and under your jawline. Cotton balls won't work, (especially the non cotton "cosmetic puffs", ew). Be thorough and daily use will keep your skin brighter and wrinkles on the down low.

Gua Sha tool

I prefer to use a crystal Gua sha tool because they are from the earth and have a vibration that is soothing. Rose quartz is one of my preferences for my face. This one comes in a cool foam holder that is nice to have since they are delicate. We use them almost every Tuesday in class.

Full Body Gua Sha Tool

This Gua Sha Tool works great for body areas because it is durable and heavier than a normal Gua Sha. You can still use it on the face as well. My favorite way to use it is around my ankles, such relief. It helps drain lymph and reduces tension. Great to use for the ankles during a pedicure and around the knees to reduce swelling. But it can still be used for the face.

Thrive Eyeliner, Thrive Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner (Lauren)

This is semi-waterproof, really long lasting but not harsh on the eyes. If you blend it into the lower lash edge carefully it creates an amazing subtle, smokey edge that frames the eye. Also different and also in a good way. Love it.

Thrive Mascara Liquid Lash Extension

Ok, mascara can be a love-hate relationship. Currently (and I am always looking for the new best mascara) this is my favorite and the only one I use. This is what is known as tubular mascara--it creates a tube around the lash and extends it. It washes off with water. Loving this mascara. It's different in a good way.

Paul Mitchell Pro Tools 413 Sculpting Brush

You have to have the right brush that allows you to feel confident about managing your hair. This is my favorite, the only brush I use. It's gentle on the hair shaft and still has a nice grab for the roots when combing out after a shampoo. Absolute favorite, will not be without it.

Self grip hair roller set, Hair roller set 7 pcs, Heatless hair curlers

These are great for adding volume and shape. I'll roll these on dry hair after I blow it dry and leave them in for about 30 minutes until the hair cools off and sets. Once I've done that, I don't have to rewash and redo my hair as often.

Hyaluronic Acid Serum

I use hyaluronic acid on my face—morning and night under moisturizer. This one can work well under any brand of product you may already be using. The pump bottle makes it fast and easy. Perfect for face yoga practice because it offers a nice "slip". I use this on my face, neck, decollete', and body.

Angel Kiss Derma Roller

The derma roller has helped me create a firmer, stronger skin texture. This needle size is .3 which is a good place to start and great for getting your serum into the skin. Heavy metals wreak havoc on your hormone balance. I take one T. daily for a week at a time to keep my system clear. Then I take a break. But you decide how often you use it. I prefer the liquid, so much easier, faster, less mess. Very mild, gentle, tasteless.

Wall Mounted Lighted Makeup Mirror

Buy this before you buy makeup! This is an absolute must. Pro tip: Mount this where the light is balanced, at eye level in your grooming space so you can see what in the actual fudge is going on! I like the wall mount because I can put it exactly where I need it so I'm not slouching when I do skincare and makeup. Plus that leaves more available countertop space. Your makeup application will smooth out, be more blended and look like a professional did it. This is more important than the makeup you are using.

Tea Maker Infuser

I make tea in this every morning. Good quality tea can be poured over twice and this makes it neat and easy. I love this thing, don't know what I'd do without it.

Salad Dressing Shaker with BlenderBall

What I love about this bottle is how nicely the shaker ball blends the oils and vinegar. I keep it on the door of my fridge for easy access and since it is narrow, it doesn't take up much space. I love that it's glass and there's no off-gassing of plastic into the dressing or into my home. This bottle motivates me to make delicious dressings and keep them on hand, which means I make more amazing salads! 

Ephesus Towel

Sometimes a lightweight 100% cotton towel just works better than a thick heavy towel. I love these because they are all-purpose, I use them for lots of things including as bath towels.

Sanuk Yoga Sling 2

I love these sandals and wear them everywhere. They actually are more delicate looking than they are in this photo. Sooooo comfy, nothing like walking around on a yoga mat all day. I spotted these when they released them a few years back and have been wearing them since. They make any outfit. Super cute and you can wear them for 12 hours and forget you have them on.

I keep a decorative dish of this charcoal in my home to purify the air. Trigger Point Ball

You can find these everywhere and believe me I have tried most of them. This one is the best I've found because it's the right size and the right material so it doesn't slip and slide which can be dangerous if you slide off. This releases hip and back tension. I use it for a few minutes at a time to keep me moving with ease, walking with a groove in my step. An essential part of my body conditioning.

Manduka Yoga Mat

I never pinch pennies when it comes to the gear that will keep me in shape and in good health. Unlike the cheap mats you buy at discount stores—one Manduka mat will last you your whole life. Training on them is a different experience altogether. You feel supported and safe. I have spent more than a thousand hours training on Manduka yoga mats, they are far superior without question. they stay cleaner and fresher because they don't absorb sweat like most mats. So worth it.

The Chirp Wheel

The Chirp wheel for me feels like I’ve had an adjustment in my spine. It can apply a straightening treatment to the spine. I have all the sizes and use them.

Stretch Bands

These have more support and offer a more supported stretch than the lightweight bands classified "for women"..

Foam Roller

Game changer, I am on this roller regularly, and at the end of the week—I can tell you how many minutes I have spent with it. I keep track because it makes a huge difference in how I feel. It helps release emotion from the body and keep my shoulders back and down. There are so many exercises you can use this for, don't get stuck with just one or two. I have made this my beyatch and use it for hips, back, shoulders—total body—muscle and fascia conditioning.

Neck and Shoulder Relaxer

The easiest reverse aging exercise you will ever do is to rest on this neck support. It helps to create space in the vertebra and reduces forward head posture, wrinkles, double chin, and tight shoulders.
