You Get to Write the Story of Who You Are
Think about a radio for a moment.
The radio doesn’t create the music. It receives a signal and gives that signal a way to be heard.
I like to think about consciousness in a similar way. Your brain gives your body a way to experience your consciousness, but there is so much happening beneath the surface of what you’re consciously thinking about every day.
And some of what’s stored there may not even feel like it came from you.
Maybe somewhere along the way you heard:
Why are you so slow?
You’re not very smart, are you?
You look really fat in that dress.
Maybe it was something completely different.
We hear things. We experience things. We absorb messages about ourselves. Over time, those messages can become beliefs, and those beliefs can start shaping our identity.
That’s when an old story can quietly become:
This is just who I am.
But is it?
You Are Not Stuck With an Old Identity
This is where I want you to remember something very important.
You are a grown-ass human.
You get to choose.
You get to decide how you want to feel, how you want to show up, and what kind of woman you want to be.
So many of us are still allowing an old experience, another person’s opinion, or something that happened years ago to have authority over who we are today.
Someone made me feel this.
This always happens to me.
I’ve always been this way.
That may be the story you’ve been carrying, but it does not have to be the story you continue writing.
There Are More Possibilities for You
Everything is energy.
I believe there is an entire field of possibility available to us, and when we begin working consciously with our thoughts, emotions, biofield, and energy centers, we can start becoming aware of the patterns we’ve been carrying.
And then we get to make a choice.
What do I actually want?
How do I want to feel?
Who do I want to be now?
Not who someone told you to be.
Not who you needed to be ten or twenty years ago.
Who do you choose to be now?
Write it.
Give yourself permission to imagine it without immediately telling yourself why you can’t have it.
Maybe you want to feel confident.
Vital.
Warm.
Joyful.
Powerful.
At home in your own body.
Whatever it is, make it yours.
Take Your Power Back
Your identity does not have to be something that simply happened to you.
You can participate in creating it.
You can become more aware of the beliefs and energy you’ve been carrying and begin choosing what you want to strengthen instead.
You are in charge of the energy you radiate and therefore your life.
So take your power and choose the identity you want to have.
Who do you want to be?
Make it spectacular.
Because you have the option.
Use it.
Something I Use: EMF Harmony
Being aware of your energy also means paying attention to your environment and what you surround yourself with every day.
EMF Harmony is one of the products I use and recommend as part of that awareness.
