The curve in your neck has everything to do with the aging process of your face. Nerd-necking or forward head posture causes it to flatten or lose its lovely curve. This leaves your face more prone to tension, wrinkles, and a double chin. Try this exercise to keep the curve in your upper cervical spine healthy. This is also good for your shoulder joints. It's one of my go-to's.
